Plus.net is announcing this space out AS 6871 via BT, AS 2856.
However, traceroutes are showing total loss somewhere inside BT or at the
edge of BT and
Plus.net (or there are just no visible IP TTL hops inside of
Plus.net).
Since
https://plusnet.servicestatus.net/plusnet/status looks good at the
moment, maybe it's a local issue somewhere close to the portal server?
