This is a volunteer effort -- looking up physical addresses, buying
postage, and mailing is just not something that is going to happen. (Any
money for postage should be donated to Brian's account for the expenses he
has incurred.)

Do you at least have call signs? It may be worth sending out postcards to
let them know how to keep their allocations. Perhaps someone can design an
instructional postcard that can be used by all coordinators for this
purpose?
