I got the ip from ampr.org but can't send traffic to the ip so I searched the mailing
list and found the answer from Brian Kantor.
In order for traffic from the internet to reach your host through a tunnel from UCSD, it
must be registered in the ampr.org<http://ampr.org> DNS. There are no entries in the
DNS for 44.158.158.x. If you would like me to add some, please send me private email
off-list of the hostnames and addresses you want added.
