The border routers are, of course, BGP enabled. However, there are several routers between the campus border and amprgw, and those intermediate routers don't do BGP because they're not on the border.
I hope to have that changed someday but re-engineering the entire campus network architecture to accomodate one host isn't a high priority. - Brian
