It depends on the coordinator.
If you look up the coordinator's public email and email him it would help
increase the time. That's what I did.
Actually my coordinator was confused. He told me to make the request on the
website. I told him I already did. He replied with "Oh. That's odd I didn't
get the email"

How long does it usually take for the coordinator to approve requests? I
