How long does it usually take for the coordinator to approve requests? I know the holidays will get in the way. I'm just wondering. I'm looking for some space in Utah.

It depends on the coordinator.
If you look up the coordinator's public email and email him it would help increase the time. That's what I did.
Actually my coordinator was confused. He told me to make the request on the website. I told him I already did. He replied with "Oh. That's odd I didn't get the email"

It's listed as Ken, KD6OAT on the portal, and his email is listed as kd6oat@arrl.net. Since that's a forwarded address, perhaps it's failed.
