Uhm, I was trying this route once ago, but with very unsatisfactory results: For one the lotw certificate had issues with the root certificate, i.e. lotw and VPN gateway didn't use the same. Then the VPN tunnel appeard to be as beeing not very stable.

But technology has advanced since then. Perhaps I should give it a try again.
