It appears to be c-76-114-216-250.hsd1.md.comcast.net, which I guess as being a home internet connection in Maryland USA. It's not in the encap file, which makes it strange as a source of encap'd packets.
Could someone's home IP address have changed when they weren't looking? - Brian
