I also have problems with the portal.
I also ran into problems resizing subnets, or when a user requests a subnet in the wrong region, I assign it in the right region, it still shows up in the wrong region with the other region's ip prefix Furthermore, a ham recently accidentally released his subnet, and then it gets allocated to me. However, as it was an accident I want to reassign the subnet to this HAM, but am unable to, since I cannot release the subnet, when I click on release it just stays there, and when I try to reallocate it, I get an error message telling me it is already is use. And then I need to tell him "just use it", or allocate him a new one.
I feel its very hard to keep the portal neat and tidy since I cannot edit everything that I want as a coordinator. For now I am using my own subnetmanagement tool to keep track of all allocations and changes and will update the portal as much as I can, but this is not always possible resulting in a mess.
Chris, if you need any help, I am fluent in PHP and can spare a bit of time if you want, however I never build a subnet tool before. I'm sure there are other people in here who would like to offer to help.

I would like to see that the portal.ampr.org get shut off until that all co-coordinators and owner, have the ability to changed networks that were submitted. I have a request to change the netmask from a /29 to a /26.
All co-coordinators and the owner of the 44 network, for lack of words, are lock out from doing any changes.
From my understanding is where the encap.txt file is being generated.
