[44net] San Joaquin Valley Gateway IP Change

A heads up or FYI:

For anyone exchanging messages with the W6RAY BBS (SJVBBS), I have changed the IP address. As soon as you update your encap.txt or RIP, you should have a correct address for w6ray.ampr.org. I have moved other software to another computer due to both needing the same IP addresses. The other software has its IP address in far more nodelists than the encapsulated list. It is much simpler to change this one than the many others.

On another note: I would like to publicly thank Bob Tenty for his assistance in getting the W6RAY gateway accessible from the web. Bill Lewis, KG6BAJ, has also helped me a great deal, including pointing me to Bob. Thanks to both of you.
