Steve : I have used the router stats and it seem that one way is not working i dont
know what is outgoing and incomming interface at UCSD mean i wrote brian for clarification
to understand what side of the tunnel dont operate
John : i will contact you off list to get the trace route
as for the gateway Ip im willing to share it but didnt thought that it interested all
however this is the network i talk about
44.138.0.8 / 29 4X5MG AMPRNET Test
I can provide the non ampr ip although it can extracted from the portal the Router listen
there on the commercial IP and supposed to answer pings
I can also provide Traceroute from the router there to anywhere needed

Quick question on these stat pages: That web page asks for:
Use your gateway owner username and password
What username/password is this? Is this the portal username/password?

However I did look at the errors log at:

Lots of errors
dropped: non-44 inner source address from:
177.143.142.216
213.91.190.32
68.36.144.45
71.42.34.198
If you or anyone else recognizes those as your public IP's, you should
look at your setup
