Digital Ocean has a one-click Discourse installer. I'll spin up a copy
on one of my domain names, if you'd like to experiment with it.

Those notes remind me that the Sovrin Foundation was using Discourse for
their community forum in 2018, but that forum is no longer active. I
could reach out to my Sovrin contacts for their advice on Discourse, if
that would be helpful.
