Chris,
Count me as a vote for more editing power in the portal.
I've goofed a couple times assigning addresses and the only way to correct them is to delete and ask the assignee to resubmit. This is tedious and just plain wrong. As coordinators, we should have the ability to edit any component of the record without demanding a resubmission. More flexibility is definitely needed.
