That's correct, there is 44.144.0.0/16 via 141.75.245.225 but it not helps at all - 44.144.11.136 is not accessible. IP address itself 141.75.245.225 responds to pings.
There's also another subnet registered: 44.144.11.192/28 via 91.180.159.115 but not even one host responds at the moment.
