The Tunnel is made via Encap to The UCSD router
The Home Internet have a no-IP name registered at the Portal (to deal
with dynamic IP address)
The TP-LInk router have a DMZ and the Cisco (Which deal with the IPIP )
sit on this DMZ
And he deal with the IPIP trafic
So why not connect an internal interface on the Cisco to the internal LAN
bypassing the TP-Link router then add a static route to all your computers
with traffic destined to 44/8 to that interface? Or use access lists to
forward desired traffic from 44net to your TP-Link and put in the proper
holes in your firewall?
But what it's sounding like is you want to reconnect the router on the
internal lan and not have it on the DMZ anymore. In this case, you'll
likely have to replace your TP-Link firmware with DD-WRT if possible or
replace the router all together unless you're willing to leave the Cisco
router on the DMZ.
