Hi Paul,
How are you trying to connect to EU_HUB ? You should always use the hostname (convers.g1fef.co.uk) rather than the IP address.
FTP from portal.ampr.org is working, or it is from several hosts I’ve tested it from. Tell me more about what errors you are getting. Is anyone else seeing problems?
