I try to contact him before i create the "44.151belgium subnet" and no anwer. ON3LA, ON3LX and ON2CQ had no answer too...
O dear... my fears I would get in a similar situation as with PJ2 are becoming true...
Yesterday I sent an e-mail in Dutch (should be close enough to Flemish) to the address Brian mentioned, but I have heard nothing yet. I'll try to contact someone who knows people active in the network there (which is quite widely deployed).
