Robbie's domain was hijacked some time ago and he was unreachable. He moved his email to one of the commercial providers, the domain reappeared, and was briefly available that way, but it appears that the domain has gone away again. I don't know what the story is.
I can make your DNS changes for you. I don't have an answer for the Wireless Belgium issue.
In the worst case, it may be necessary to allocate a new range for Belgium and find a new coordinator for that range. - Brian
