The VPN listed on the Wiki is OpenVPN-PKI-based, it requires taking a text editor and bundling your CRT issued from ARRL Logbook of the world with their Certificate Authority (CA) CRT. You should be able to download OpenVPN connect from an app store on your device.
The instructions should be on a VPN Wiki page.
