I do receive mail messages when the status of a ticket changes, but apparently
not when there is a "reminder". For now, I do not see on my side what is going
wrong.

If you have an open ticket you need to keep an eye on it, check in once a week or so to
reply to your outstanding tickets? Also, check your spam folder if you’re not seeing the
reminder emails. Finally, check you have the reminder notifications set to “email” - if
you switched that off the system will create a notification but it just gets displayed
when you login.
Of course, if you are in need of some help you have the option to re-open the ticket, so
no problem really.
