I logged in to my portal account and I see all of my tickets have been closed after a number of "[AUTO] A reminder was sent to the ticket owner to respond soon." and finally a "[AUTO] This ticket will be closed in 7 days if there is no update." message had been added. However, I have not received such reminders! Maybe that partly explains why the number of open tickets is decreasing?

Hi Rob,
The system sends out a reminder at 7, 14 & 21 days of waiting for a user to respond, it then sends out a final warning at 28 days and finally closes the ticket at 35 days of no response, quite reasonable I think - a lot of commercial providers I use close your ticket after a few days to a week!
If you have an open ticket you need to keep an eye on it, check in once a week or so to reply to your outstanding tickets? Also, check your spam folder if you’re not seeing the reminder emails. Finally, check you have the reminder notifications set to “email” - if you switched that off the system will create a notification but it just gets displayed when you login.
Of course, if you are in need of some help you have the option to re-open the ticket, so no problem really.

I do receive mail messages when the status of a ticket changes, but apparently not when there is a "reminder". For now, I do not see on my side what is going wrong.

You may wish to setup the Notifications properly.
Once logged in to the AMPR Portal, go ahead and navigate to Account - Notifications.

Personally, I'm subscribed to all notifications. But you may choose only (Ticket Assigned, Ticket Updated, Ticket Closed, Ticket Reminder, Ticket OwnerShip, Ticket Reassigned, Ticket Escalated).

I'm subscribed with both Email and SMS. This is a cool feature and I see realtime when my tickets are given a response from Chris and I can quickly enter and submit my response or see the update.
[image: 3.PNG] And it works just great, here's how the SMS looks like:
[image: Screenshot_20240721_140354_Messages.jpg] Maybe it helps, but since the new portal, I do not have to keep an eye daily by logging in on the portal. It's all "turnkey".
Have a nice weekend and 73's.

You need to check what email is configured in your account as I do receive those emails on my side. Maybe look at the spam folder.
