These are mistaken forwards to the mailing list, rather than the AMPR DNS robot. So, these are HamWAN DNS records that would be added to the ampr.org zone. We are sending these updates through our local coordinator, who has I assume occasionally mistyped the destination address to forward to. HamWAN is using the ampr.org zone as a workaround until we can get reverse DNS delegated so we can manage it ourselves on our authoritative nameservers.

If so, I'd like to setup my 44DNS server to just download the zone file. I've been somewhat confused receiving an email of DNS entries every so often. I'm wondering if there's supposed to be a resolver that holds these records.
