Josh, your problem appears to be similar to Ronen's. The ipip gateway
is working normally, the routes to you appear to be correct, and I can
ping your gateway on its commercial address. You should be receiving
encapsulated RIP packets every five minutes from 169.228.34.84. Please
check that that address is allowed through any firewalls you may have
and that you have it configured as the endpoint of your tunnel to the
internet.
