IPENCAP(ip4) being IPIP on the firewall?
I might have to explain a bit better at how my network works. I have two routers in this
order: WAN-PFSENSE-MICROTIK
I know it's not the best setup, but I'm waiting to get more money to get a ERx.

You may wish to verify your IP allocation is properly configured and issued in the
Portal.
Also, you must permit IPENCAP (IP Protocol No 4) to enter your wan interface.
