I've run tcpdump on amprgw and can confirm that IPIP packets are being
sent to you, including the RIP transmissions every 5 minutes.
I can ping your gateway on 110.175.89.41 from 169.228.34.84. If you are
recording inbound traffic from it, you should see the pings from a few
minutes ago.

About 12 hours ago I started logging inbound ipip connections on my wan
interface, but so far have seen nothing from 169.228.34.84.
