I came to this thread a bit late, but did notice this message was from today.

I did a ping to 44.60.44.1, 10, 11, 12 from 44.2.10.1 and received a reply with an rtt of around 105. I am running CentOS 5.x, my encap.txt file is retrieved daily and I am running JNOS, 2.0j.2.
