As for RIP. We still use it here for special situations (mainly to talk to old equipment, or on connections to people that aren't willing or lack the knowledge to run something else). No punches in the jaw yet :-). I was just thinking it would be easier to explain to non-network knowledgable HAMS how to setup. As opposed to IS-IS.
