Yes, it is Mikrotik discovery protocol.

To turn it off, one needs to remove the ampr interfaces from "discovery" interface list, or select something appropriate it 'all' is the current selection in discovery settings.

The older scrips did turn them off, but the management of those interfaces changed somewhere in FW 6.2x and is no longer possible.
