I can't seem to get a response from the portal?
Anyone else having issues?
Been this way for over 24 hours.

I am also unable to reach portal.ampr.org.

Yes, the portal and all the other hosts on its network are unreachable.
Email to Chris doesn't go through either. I don't have any info on why
or how long it will be down.

Define backup. Is there a failover site? No. But the portal
is backed up on a regular schedule so it's entirely restorable.
And the replicated database at UCSD is still functional.
What concerns me more is that Chris' entire network is unreachable,
with what consequences for his business I can only imagine.
