Does somebody know a trick so that the postfix smtp server will accept a particular illigal sender address. (= ax25 hierarchical address of my bbs) so avoiding error 501.

You can add a check_sender_access entry into your smtpd_sender_restrictions, so that you can permit specific addresses.
I use the same format to allow my servers to send their daily server mail on my domain while restricting anyone else from originating mail using my domains without logging in.
