Is it just me, or is there a problem logging in to the portal?

Working here.
I did, however, have one person down stream from me last night report that after he logged into the portal, and clicked "gateways" he had no lower tab to manage the gateways with.
Anyway, seems ok from Grass Valley, Calif, USA.

Can you describe the issue in detail please?
I noticed some brute force hacking attempts recently on the portal, so I’ve increased the security, but this may have affected some folks ability to login, depending on their setup, e.g. if they are behind a proxy, or their IP address changes during a session.
Thanks, Chris

Chris,
Today I can not login to portal at all. Used my callsign and password - doesn't work. I do have public static IP: 87.251.250.110
I’ve turned on some debugging, please can you try again then let me know what the EXACT error message you receive is?
Thanks Chris

Chris,
I do not receive/see any error. After entering my password and clicking <Login> I am back at the previous stage: callsign in place password field empty. I may try resetting password at the next attempt. Shall I?
Did you just try again now? I cannot see your attempt in the log?

Chris,
Yes, I am trying every 2 minutes - no changes.
Ah, that is because you are logging in successfully! I was looking for errors!
Please try clearing your web browsers cache completely, restart your browser then login again.
Thanks, Chris

Chris,
Just tried from within virtual machine openSUSE-12.3 Exactly the same result...
Ok, problem solved, please try now and let me know how you get on…
For some added security I changed the name of the session, but part of the code was still checking for the old session name, doh!
Chris
Same here as in it’s working now or not?!?!

Chris,
Tried also from my smartphone with IP: 31.1.230.12 Exactly the same result - no joy.
Chris,
Sorry for the delay in response. When I came across the problem was that I entered my username and password, and when clicking enter, I was returned to the login page, like as if I hadn't made a login attempt. At this point I thought maybe I wasn't entering the correct password, so I reset it. The resetting process worked fine, however I still could not login using the newly reset password. NO on screen errors.
10 +/- hours later, I successfully was able to login using the password that was assigned. So not sure what the problem was, but it appears to be resolved for the time being.
Thanks for all your hard work!
