Donated funds are used to pay for ongoing, direct operational and administrative costs which are currently born by ARDC Officers (e.g., website and technology resources, annual state and federal filing fees, post office box rental, etc). 501(c)(3) non-profit corporations must submit their financial statements to the IRS viz. Form 990 and are required to disclose the information they provide in that filing to the public.
