Hello Tom,
I'm confused. The official XFBB mailing lists seem to be operating just fine:
http://www.f6fbb.org/mailists.html http://mailman.f6fbb.org/mailman/listinfo/xfbb
I even see a post from today : http://mailman.f6fbb.org/pipermail/xfbb/2017-March/005200.html
Am I missing something here?

Hello David.
Your message duly noted - thank you.
As the [44net] list doesn't accept messages with attachments I will send another message to you off the list.
On March 5th I sent two messages to the [xfbb] list. First at 11:23UTC and another at 11:37UTC.
Just the first one showed on the list, but _ONLY YESTERDAY_ evening. Did you received bothof them from the list? Please note, that I was and still I am subscribed to the [xfbb] list.
Besides, I contacted Peter ZL2BAU and Paul G4APL off the list. Both confirmed my observation that [xfbb] list seem to be unresponsive. This was one of the reasons that I launched [xfbb-bis], but I did it mainly for test purpose.
If you take a closer look at the message that you're quoting, there is such statement:
"My reply to you was sent Sunday and only appeared on the forum today. It will of interest to see when this arrives."
Such situation with [xfbb] list did not happened for the first time. I did not kept track of this, but willing to recondition [xfbb] list last time I sent some messages, even directly to Jean-Paul F6FBB. Do not know if and how this helped but after a few days [xfbb] list came back to life.
If presence of the [xfbb-bis] list somehow confuses you and possiblyother [44net] and [xfbb] lists participants, __I will shut it down as soon as it will be desirable__.
BTW, uncertainty is not the best support. This is is my understanding, but surely YMMV.
As of today, [xfbb] list seem to be O.K. Let's see...
With best regards.
