Haven't looked into that yet, been busy with data applications, like an in house (only accessible via IPIP) IRC server and eventually will gate that to RF

If you mean voip telephony, then yes. I have put together an amateur radio pbx network, mostly on the AREDN Mesh but reachable from the AMPRNet encap network.
Don't know what you mean by `endpoints`.

Technically every repeater connected on 44 net and allstarlink are using a form of voip as the links are all IAX2
But aside this there is no official PBX like ham shack online controlled by ARDC. Some user of the IP space do have PBX online, some ven have links to official voip provider for reverse patch and phone patch.
