Now that the space isn't legacy we can begin to use ARIN services. Delegated RPKI definitely needs to happen. What about SWIP?

Having folks discussing about the legal aspects of the IP address space sold recently and the discussion on IPv6, IPv6 with steroids (HAMNet) or VPN, Do you really think people will have guts for discussing this? Sorry mate, I don’t think so, despite your proposal makes a lot of sense.

It can be disregarded. I was informed off-list that an LRSA wasn't signed and AMPRnet kept it's legacy status.
