How can the Authoritative DNS servers for AMPRnet effect domains not hosted on them?
The only thing i can come up with is that the recursors in AMPRnet have issues resolving
but that does not really effect the general workings of the DNS servers being
authoritative for brandmeister.network or dstar.su
The test you send does give some sort of error but only on 2 out of 5 dns servers if there
would be any problems with resolving on this domain we will quickly know. So far there are
no issues with resolving queries for these 2 domains.
Also i don't think this is related to AMPRnet in any way.

The problem doesn't have anything to do with the AMPRNet.

Both domains you speak of do not rely on AMPRnet DNS infrastructure
So Brandmeister and Dstar.su are not effected by any DNS issues >> within AMPRnet
