Hi,
I am interested in accessing 44 Net number via BGP. What would be the best avenue to
discuss this? I already sent a message using the “Contact Us” link on the portal. How
would I go about it?

I will read your message on the "Contact Us" page and respond
to you directly.
But briefly, you should read the wiki pages on requesting an
allocation, including the one on how to get a Direct (BGP)
authorization.
