Just for the list...

I have a tar ball what contains all the scripts to download, process and run it automatically. It is not uploaded to the wiki as it contains a login/password.

You can run it several times a day but the rip broadcasts by ucsd are a better solution as it provides a quicker update of the tunnel routes.

My rip listening daemon doesn't provide a backup so I combine both methods.
