The Java proxy server requires 25-30 MB of memory for each instance,
which can run 1 proxy.
The C version I wrote uses about 2.5 MB of memory to run 200 proxies
and 10 relays in a single process.
Yes, that's why I want to switch to the C
version. Will do that as part
of the installation of the new proxies.
