Has the AMPRNet group considered/have they moved over to an online group instead of a mailing list? Perhaps something like Groups.io or even a Slack channel may provide some information. Even a Reddit group would allow information to be archived and searched later on.
I've always found email groups to be difficult when you want to search for answers to questions already asked.

I read every email that comes through but rarely respond.

This subject has been discussed to death in this group recently and the decision was to stay with a mailing list. - Brian

Fair enough. Is there any easy to access online repository for questions or discussion on AMPRnet that complements the mailing list? I have all my AMPRnet mail sent to one folder so I can review it, but I get so many emails per day that I don't review them often.

Our mailing list manager, 'mailman', maintains a pipermail-style archive of all messages. It does not have a keyword-searchable index.
It is a private archive, meaning you have to log into it with your mailman subscription address and password. That also means that Google et al can't index it.

If you don't have a record of your subscription password, there is a reminder function on that page. - Brian
