I advertise my /24 allotment via BGP on a server hosted with
vultr.com and
using VyOS. They are the only cloud provider (that I know of) that is
willing to do this. It was a pain in the ass to setup with VyOS, but worth
it. I use OpenVPN and tunnel as needed with 1:1 NAT.
