This probably won't be enough for interactive troubleshooting (ping,
traceroute, etc) from the UCSD perspective though. I understand Brian
Kantor retired from UCSD in December 2017 so does anyone know if a
different UCSD networking person was identified that we could reach out
to for routing related issues?

I use the credentials that I have for the portal, but it won't not let
me in.
It says - “Use Your gateway owner username and password”

me too, guess it's a gateway owner only page.
