FYI: I added some click response stuff to your dots on the map...
I just added the -L argument to my ampr-ripd start command and show up on the map. Nice work.

Hey Marius,
What is this new yellow "type: radio" icon on the map?

Hey Marius,
So are they sending this spot checkin via AX-IP or some other RF based TCP/IP network?

Those are radio only systems without internet access, and they provide alive data only once per hour via indirect monitoring.
nice! I assume the "radio" means an rf link? would there be any easy way to show available radio ports and frequencies? it might be a neat way to show possible RF links in case of inet failure..

Not necessarily, it is just a rf system without direct internet access.
Regarding showing additional data: There is always a way. At the moment, the data collector daemon does not offer any features except timestamp/call/locator collection.

Marius,
Is it possible to increase the zoom level? I just posted a few machines here in the San Francisco Bay area and the dots cover each other so much that you can't really make out what's there and you can't zoom in enough to get separation to view each dot.

Done. Now it is possible to see 2 markers in adiacent locators without problems.

Much better. Thanks much!
There also seems to be a timeout now.
I was planning to set up in cron to run hourly. I hope that's sufficient.

Regular stations time out at 1 hour, radio only stations at 3 hours (please contact me off list if you really need radio stations).
But this timeouts happen only in the event server, not on the actual map, so a 1 hour cron should suffice.
