Hello all,
Wondering if anyone has had success in getting a ticket resolved by ARDC recently? I support two different amateur radio organizations, both of which have had tickets open with ARDC since before Christmas with no response.
Is anyone working tickets anymore?

Yes. Anything that isn’t handled by volunteers falls to me. It’s a good problem to have as they say, but it is a problem, and the buck stops here. De-bottlenecking so that no one person is a constraint on the kind of growth in participation we want to see is a top priority for 2026.
I have one meeting tomorrow and one afternoon constraint, but processing tickets is the remainder of my agenda.

Yes, many people handle tickets. I probably handle 10 per day myself. However tickets are sorted by type and not everyone sees all tickets. So what is/was the nature of the your tickets not handled?
