The portal is supposed to be the authoritative source but it is currently experiencing a software failure so it's not quite up to date. Chris, G1FEF, the portal author, says he's looking into the problem. I haven't heard back from him on progress.

In the meantime I'm keeping notes as to allocations.

How can we keep track of latest allocations?
