Can someone tell me if the encap.txt file is still available in the portal? I was looking
for it today and cannot seem to find it.

Hi Jesse,
I took it off the other day as Im re-writing that bit if the code. In the meantime you can
still download it from the FTP site, or have it emailed to you (Gateways->Options on
the portal). It should be back online in the next few days.
