I think that explaining the OS/browser that you used could be a good thing.
One other thing I have seen website where if you have to enter an email address and you
hit the space bar as the first character the email will not be accepted as valid.

Agree. Worked fine for me using Firefox on Windows 10.

I had no trouble, but I was momentarily confused that the summary/review screen at the
very end didn’t allow editing responses. I wonder whether someone trying to enter an email
at the very last step might run into that.
