All, I starting to like what happened here a little better. I'm now subscribe to this mail list more correctly in that I have a login and 'profile.' Had to unsubscribe and re-sub to the 44Net here: https://mailman.ardc.net/mailman3/postorius/lists/ after creating a profile (a new login). Now I am able select digest/no digest and a few other options. I also have a few as in several mail lists on Groups.io and find it quite useable. But what really defines a usefulness of a list has more to do with user participation in sharing of their knowledge in a useful manner. A clean and clear user interface can help with that. Incidentally, I have rather enjoyed being switched from digest to regular mode. I hadn’t tried it this way. Was seamless for me, because I was in regular mode on the old list. But I managed to register and tweak my preferences on the server, and I agree, there's some nice options in Mailman 3.
