** *Hey Everyone,* * Below are some updates from this week regarding 44Net: As of today, * About 40 new tickets are in the queue. * About 168 tickets are open and awaiting response. o 84 are awaiting response from the user. o 44 are awaiting response from an ARDC admin. Since April 3, we have closed 1,428 tickets. We’ve recently had more requests to share statistics that provide more information on the rate at which tickets are opened and closed: work on developing code to provide these stats is still in progress, and we will be sharing these metrics once we have them. We are looking for folks that would be interested in a code review (Laravel experience required) and pen testing of the portal.
