I mean I'm setup on my edgerouter but have not gotten it to work and have
not gotten any RIP broadcasts, but I think it might be an issue with my
IPIP.

I made a minor software change (that should NOT have affected the
pseudo-RIP) early this morning, but if you've not been seeing them for
more than a day, I don't know what the problem would be.
